This web site contains information about County programs, services, departments and offices, as well as helpful information on commonly asked questions. We encourage you to use this site frequently to access agendas and minutes of the Board of County Supervisors.
Qualified electors of Gage County will be receiving a ballot in the mail for the upcoming Road Bond Election. Ballots will be mailed out on May 24, 2013 to the registered address of each registered voter.
NOTE: If you have moved and your address has changed, you’ve added or deleted a P.O. Box, and/or your name has changed, you need to re-register with the County Clerk. The deadline for registration/change through the mail, County Treasurer or DMV is May 24th. You can register/change in person at the Clerk’s Office through May 31st – the office will be open until 6:00 p.m. that night for voter registration. If you aren’t sure if you’re registered at the correct address, contact the County Clerk’s Office at 402-223-1300.
Voted ballots may be returned by:
- Drop Box located in the driveway of the parking lot to the East of the Courthouse;
- By mail by placing 46¢ postage on the return (yellow) envelope; or
- By bringing ballot in person to the Clerk’s Office.
All voted ballots must be in the possession of the County Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on June 11, 2013.
