
Full time office position consists of a variety of clerical duties & responsibilities.
Will be assigned general clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures including providing customer assistance over the phone and in person, computer work, and bookkeeping. Knowledge of Nebraska Election System, Nebraska Marriage License procedures, Payroll/Accounts Payable or HR/FMLA procedures beneficial. Ideal applicant will be detail oriented, self-motivated, possess good organizational skills, able to multi-task and enjoys working with the public.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE - Education of High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent experience required, must have excellent computer skills with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Profile, Outlook) and Strong verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL demands include sitting or standing for extended periods of time; lifting up to 30 lbs; moving throughout office, communicate with employees, management, customers, vendors & others. Notice is hereby given that the Gage County Board of Supervisors will meet Friday morning, May 31, 2013 in the Gage County Courthouse Board of Supervisors Room at 8:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting is kept continually current and is available for public inspection at the County Clerk’s office during normal business hours (8-5). The agenda is held open until one business day prior to the meeting for appearance before the board. The Board of Supervisors has the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting.
